Initially, thedepartment of Botany was established in the Govt. Chandulal Chandrakar Arts & ScienceCollege, Patan asone subject in B.Sc. in 1990-91. Now, at present the PG (M.Sc.) and UG (B.Sc.)level classes are being conducted in Botany Department.
