Yoga techniques provide improved attentionin studies, better stamina and co-ordination for sports and a heightenedawareness and balanced attitude for social activity. However, there are someprecautions regarding it. Yoga may be done in the inspection of Yoga-Guru.. Thepurpose of yoga is to increase awareness, self-regulation and higherconsciousness in the individual. Yoga education helps in self discipline andself-control, leading to immense amount of awareness, concentration and higherlevel of consciousness. Yoga education can enhance all the activities of thestudents, be it sport or social or academic, Every year the college celebratesthe annual Yoga Day program. The NSS, Redcross, NCC, Sports and cultural teamtake part in this day. The trainer comes from nearby schools, or other places.The International Yoga day is not just a formality but it is a full dayWorkshop.
