The library serves for all its stake holders. The stake holders of library are:

·        All regular enrolled students

·        All teachers, including contract and Janbhagidari teachers

·        All employee of the college

The service starts in the college time, and even in the summer vacation. On student’s behalf and for benefits of students, they can issue the books during exams-times. They have to surrender the books before their result declaration, and just after the examinations.

A student of UG can issue 02 books for maximum 15 days and thereafter,they can either re-issue it or can issue new books. A student of PG can issue 05 books for maximum 15 days and they can either re-issue it or can issue new books.   A teacher can issue 10 books fora maximum of 02 months and they can either re-issue it or can issue new books.
